Ricky was fantastic! I especially appreciated how well he listened to us. He responded very well to what we said was important for us as we were selling our home. He explained very well the options as we listed our home, negotiated the deal, and worked through the contingency period. He provided advice – suggestions with rationale – and then was committed to our decision. He also negotiated well – I was confident he was representing our interests, and keeping us informed at just the right level. And I appreciated that he was always positive, but also realistic. Absolutely thrilled to have worked with Ricky!

My husband and I hired Ricky to sell our house, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. He started by hiring a photographer who also did drone work, and they made the listing look better than I could have imagined. Within days we had people coming for showings, even though we are in a pandemic. After a month, we had an offer at list price, as well as several possible back-up offers. We entered escrow, and Ricky navigated everything, including my minor meltdowns, with ease. We closed on time and couldn't be happier with every step of the process. My husband and I were first-time buyers and Ricky really took the time to educate us on the home buying process. Ricky is very knowledgeable about the market and was always available to show us homes based on the criteria we gave him. When it came time to making offers, Ricky was very detailed and put together a packet of documents to submit a strong offer.
